Duties:	Manage a plant-wide Information Assurance organization with purview over design and construction and plant operations. The Information Assurance Manager (IA) must maintain a cohesive team comprised of both central IA staff and specialists deployed into other organizations •Must be a US Citizen. •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and 9 years of experience within the information technology field, of which at least three must include program management experience focused on information assurance or cyber security. •In lieu of a degree, 15 years of experience within the information technology field, of which at least three must include program management experience focused on information assurance or cyber security.
Experience Required:	•Must have experience managing project plans and schedules. •Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to work in a matrix management model. •Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration test tools. •In depth knowledge of DoD 5400.II-R and DoD Directive 8570.1 •Must have or be able to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAM Level II or IAM Level III certification within 6 months of employment •Extensive knowledge of SCADA systems is highly desirable •Previous chem demil or manufacturing experience a plus •Six Sigma or PMP certification desirable •In depth knowledge of Army Best Business Practices (BBP) is desired. •Experience with pen testing a plus
